The hotel is new, clean, and in a great location, but there was only one luggage cart available, which was insufficient.

Nice new building with excellent accommodations, but parking was limited and a bit sketchy because some locals outside were intoxicated.

The bartender didn’t flinch when I asked for room service 20 minutes before the kitchen closed, and she was delightful. I was double‑charged: I paid, and Whitehorse also charged me for a full night. I called Hyatt Whitehorse, they promised a refund, but they haven’t processed it or sent any confirmation email.
