Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is good, but the place needs a full overhaul from the furniture to the bathroom, which is completely in need of replacement, plus there’s no ventilation and the drains always give off a terrible smell. The windows and doors are ruined, and the TV exists but doesn’t work. The property could be a solid B&B if they just fixed it up a bit.

The lady was very kind and helpful, and the place sits in a convenient spot for exploring the city and catching ferries to the islands, but it feels a bit dated and would benefit from some maintenance work.

The location and terrace are nice, but the breakfast was sparse, the sink was clogged, the air‑con wasn’t very good, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the shower pressure was low.

The location is superb, a short walk to restaurants, bars, etc., and the value for money is great. Breakfast baskets, Italian cake, coffee, and bottled water were available all through the stay. The owner communicated well and offered extras when requested. The rooftop is cute for breakfast and there’s a small balcony in the room. However, there were double doors leading to another locked room, so early‑morning conversations could be heard loudly, and the shower and air‑con were weak (though expected at this price, so not a huge problem).

The location is fine, but the place was dirty, staff entered our room without permission, and the breakfast was very poor.
