The room I was given bore no resemblance to the images online, and the only way to snag a slightly better one was to pay extra. I felt ripped off and wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the room itself was a nightmare—dirty sheets, hair in the bathroom, broken lamp, and a busted mattress base. I couldn't get comfortable and left feeling gross.

The bathroom curtains were covered in mold, the fans were rusty and dirty, and the shower barely had any pressure. The breakfast lady seemed angry, and the whole place felt rundown.

When we arrived late because of transit delays, the host rushed out to meet us and gave us a warm welcome, which was great. Everything else seemed fine, though I didn't notice any major issues.
