“Refund was requested but company didn’t respond back”

The reception lady seemed to be handling everything alone and apologized for the terrible condition of our room; the bathroom bins were full, I had to make the child’s bed with blankets and sheets from the cupboard, the carpet was filthy everywhere and hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was only one towel for a family of four.

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, it was old‑fashioned and basic but cheap, so you get what you pay for; it was simply cheap.

The location is easy to find, but the place was dirty and the staff were rude; the front desk was unmanned and a reception staff member was standing outside smoking.

The spot is handy and the staff are friendly, but the hotel really needed a deep clean; it felt quite dirty overall. The room itself was clean enough, though only one of the four wall lights worked and the window wouldn’t close properly, letting in a lot of motorway noise.
