The location is perfect. I was very disappointed with the room condition: the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the whole room—not just the bathroom—had visibly wet walls, with water dripping onto the floor. There were also old water stains on the walls and floor. I even ran the air‑conditioner on Dry mode all night, but the walls were still wet the next morning. This was clearly more than normal humidity and is a serious room‑condition issue. The underlying cause should be identified and properly rectified before the room is occupied again.
