Room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, yet the price jumped steeply for a short‑notice stay during TIFF.

The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful, and while the room was a bit small it fit our needs perfectly; the location was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, and the Muse restaurant is a must‑visit—every item on the menu blew our minds. We’ll return as often as we can, and honestly, we had a wonderful stay with nothing to complain about.

I stayed for a quick overnight, walked easily to the train station, and met a lovely staff member named Sophie who was very nice and helpful; the attached bar‑restaurant was great for meals and late‑night drinks. Like most Canadian cities now, there are some sketchy areas nearby, but that didn’t bother us.
