The inn is the best place I've ever stayed at in my life; everything is beautiful, there are a million activities, kids have caretakers, and adults who don't like kids can't hear them, haha. The towels took a while to arrive, so we had to wait at reception.

The staff member Gianequine was friendly and the goats were juicy. The room lacked a side table, and the afternoon tea was weak.
There are activities for adults and kids, and also a space just to relax.
The cheese and wine tasting really stood out, but I wish there had been a covered section of the pool.
The recreation team is lively and caring with children, and the daily program is diverse and fun, exploring the large green area, pool, animals, etc., with activities for both kids and adults. The lodge operates on a full board basis, which adds comfort to the meals. The staff service is also a strong positive. The restaurant area could be better utilized by distributing meals across centralized tables, like how desserts are served (e.g., soups on one side, pasta and meats on another, juices on another table), which would make service more comfortable, reduce crowding and queues, and speed up staff and guest service. Access is via a dirt road with many potholes (about 12 km, roughly 30 minutes), which can be a limitation during rainy season.
