I was disappointed that the booking was cancelled at the last minute. The phone went to voicemail immediately on every call. It was cancelled via email giving me less time. I was stranded at Christchurch airport at 930 pm with nowhere to stay. I was still charged and have not received a refund. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I was left to my own devices which was good, plenty of blankets and pillows on a soft bed. Many things in the kitchen that I was told to help myself to Bathroom was not great, multiple dryers and fridges in and around the lounge area. Was told has Sky TV, but it didn't even have regular TV channels let alone Sky. Window of my room was not able to close properly
