The location is excellent! Sandra, the manager, is very kind. The stairs are steep, but they help you with your luggage.

The place had a nice vibe. Reception was very friendly; both the front‑desk girl and the owner were attentive at all times. They gave clear directions from the airport and kept checking on me, which was especially appreciated since I was traveling alone. The location was good, with everything nearby for shopping and visiting the coast, and transport connections were solid. The neighborhood was very calm and gave me a lot of independence to move around. I was lucky with the room assignment and felt very comfortable. For a city that is expensive, the price/quality ratio is very good. I understand the kitchen is a shared space, so a suggestion would be to put signs or a rule so each guest knows to leave it clean after use. This would improve the upkeep of shared areas, but it’s a minor detail that doesn’t spoil the good experience or the excellent service received.
