The atmosphere, décor, and being surrounded by mountains were wonderful, and the staff were warm. However, there was only one heater, and we couldn’t keep the wood stove on all night.

The location is very good, yet the room was uncomfortable and cold, the parking was poorly situated, and the reception staff were not very friendly.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's stunning landscape, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The hot water was also a welcome relief after a long day. However, I was disappointed by the cold floor, small bed, and tiny blanket, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The old towels were also a letdown.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location, room, staff attention, and restaurant food were all impressive, but there were some drawbacks. The towels were old and torn, the bathroom only had a mini soap, and the power went out three times at night due to tripped breakers, which was uncomfortable in the cold without working heating. These are small details that need attention.
