The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were slow, taking almost an hour to check in, and they didn't mention that a daily insurance deposit was required or that the pool was paid. Room service also forgot my order and never brought it.

The hotel was well refurbished and clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly, and there is a money‑changing machine in the lobby that works well. When you ask reception to arrange a taxi, make sure you ask for a fixed price, otherwise the driver might overcharge you.
The room was excellent and comfortable, the hotel sits in central Yerevan, there’s a pool, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Carrying luggage up the stairs at 11 p.m. isn’t very convenient; the gym is a bit weak—just enough for a quick workout or cardio.
