The sense of freedom and the ease of getting in and out were great. The furniture felt a bit dated.

“Good location but not all accommodation in this place are apartments”

The location was good. We thought we’d get an apartment, but ours was just a very basic room with shabby furniture, a fan that was missing half its guard, and a leak in the bathroom that kept the floor wet all the time.

“Great location, terrible customer service for a pokey little stuffy room.”

It was centrally located and clean. The patio faced south, so it received plenty of sunshine. Marcos, the owner’s employee who handed us the keys at 1730pm, was polite and respectful. The fact that check‑in was at 17.30pm was absolutely ridiculous—too late when guests have to check out at 11. The owner was extremely rude on the phone, complaining about the time and saying he was busy; that’s not good customer service. Everywhere else in the world the check‑in is at 2pm. The place was tiny, stuffy, and had zero facilities besides a bathroom and a tiny double bed.

Very central, excellent location, very clean. Too small, little light, no fridge, very hot and noisy.
