“Hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!”
Location, wellness, breakfast, friendliness. The double room was too small, and the room service could be better!

The hotel sits in a great spot with a nice room that has a balcony and is only a few minutes' walk to the old town. The breakfast was very good. I would have liked to try a la carte at least once in the evening.

The location and facilities are great. The beds were too soft for me.

The rooftop pool and spa area are definitely worth highlighting, and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and attentive. We also appreciated being able to park our bicycles safely in the underground garage, and the charging points for electric cars cost 18 € per charge. The location is especially convenient for dog owners because you can start walks through the vineyards right from the hotel, which we really liked. It was also a big plus that dogs are allowed in the restaurant, something that isn’t common. The room was located directly at the rear entrance of the hotel. During our week‑long stay, a number of issues really dampened the overall experience. We were placed in room E05 on the ground floor with our small terrier. For a seven‑night stay, this room felt far too small even for a tiny dog. There was no proper wardrobe, only two hangers, so we had to buy our own towel hooks. We can’t really imagine how guests with larger dogs would manage in such a room. The staff said no other rooms were available. The parking fee of 5 € per night for the hotel’s own parking felt like another charge for basic amenities on top of an already paid stay. Our dog was charged an extra 15 € per night, totaling 105 € for seven nights, which seemed unreasonable. We also had to repeatedly ask for the room to be cleaned; it was cleaned only four times in seven days. When an extra fee is charged for a dog, we expect the corresponding extra cleaning to actually happen. The check‑in communication could have been much better. The restaurant offered buffet food, and we only learned from other guests that a la carte dining is available, but it must be booked the day before. That information should have been part of the check‑in explanation, especially since a prior reservation is required.
