Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The food was very tasty and the staff were friendly; the room felt clean and the bath was also tidy. The only disappointment was that in the room with a good view, the window had spider webs and a dead mosquito, indicating the cleaning was incomplete. Additionally, the garden, which should have been trimmed, was overgrown and a lantern had fallen, so even though the interior was well maintained, the outdoor areas and windows were not properly cleaned.

This traditional spot is perfect for chilling and relaxing, with excellent dishes for dinner and breakfast; the staff is super helpful and you can feel their genuine care for guests. Nothing else to note.

We booked a room with a private onsen and it lived up to expectations, with a spacious layout and a perfect lake view. Dinner and the traditional breakfast were delicious, feeling like a high‑end restaurant. The staff were very helpful; we told them at check‑in that one of us doesn’t eat fish, and they immediately offered alternatives—just let them know a few days earlier for even better prep. They were kind throughout, making us feel at home and explaining Japanese customs. The free shuttle to Kagaonsen station after checkout was super convenient. Highly recommended!

My family and I had an incredible time at this hotel, with breathtaking views of the lake from our room. The elaborate and delicious meals were a treat, and we made sure to come back for seconds (and thirds!). The onsen was a highlight, especially the small outdoor section that offered a serene experience. The staff went above and beyond, even finding my son's missing sweatshirt and having it ready for us when we returned. We can't wait to come back!
