Excellent location, high standard, staff speak good English, parking is easy (though it was already after peak season for me). Breakfasts are good, there’s a “vege‑milk” option for coffee, rooms are spacious with a comfy mattress. The coffee could be better ;)

The room was clean, beautiful and spacious, the hotel itself was excellent and the surroundings pretty, but at night near Balaton it was dark with no lighting outside the city beach, and parking was guarded in the area. We were off‑season; only one sauna worked in the wellness area, the pool water was 32° during winter, and breakfast choices were weaker, though there was enough for those who wanted.

The food was good for the price, the staff were fine, and the hotel was close to Balaton, making it ideal for small children. Many promised amenities were missing, such as a bar and a kids’ corner on the 5th floor, everything was turned off and no one was there. The balcony was only for drying clothes, and when the kids went to bed we couldn’t sit on the balcony because the hotel was non‑smoking. The sunset parking lot was unpleasant, but the hotel couldn’t do anything about that.

Finomak, bőségesrk voltak az ételek. A szálloda koszos, nincs takarítva. A szobánál a fürdő vízköves, rozsdás, koszos. A redőnyt nem lehet lehúzni. A teraszt egyáltalán nem takarították az érkezésünk előtt. Az ablakok olyan koszosak az egész szálloda területén, hogy nem lehet kilátni rajtuk. A szoba ezen kívül tiszta volt
