“Bom local para descanso e atividades diurnas. A noite, é bem isolado.”

Café da manhã bom. Transitar dentro do local exige carro. Possibilidade de passeio a cavalo. Cheguei a noite e o local é bem escuro. O caminho desde a portaria até o chalé não é iluminado. A cozinha não funcionou 6a feira a noite, tive que pedir comida

Breakfast is simple but satisfying. I stayed because there was a wedding at the Canto das Águas venue. The place is well‑wooded and well maintained. The room was quite cold and the heaters couldn't keep up (the circuit breaker tripped). The bathroom had a sewage smell returning. It has potential to become a great hotel but needs some attention.

The place is very nice, clean, with fresh air, perfect for resting, enjoying nature, and it was cool during the time we were there. The location is 100% immersed in nature.

The location is the only positive point for the purpose of the trip. The room was dirty, the staff showed no interest in helping, and you almost beg for a response on WhatsApp and get none. The room heater didn't work, the outlet was rusty and broken – I was lucky to bring one from the car. There is no room service, the restaurant has restrictive hours, and breakfast is minimal. On Saturdays there was no bread or cake at breakfast. Besides showing no willingness to help guests, there is no flexibility at all and it feels like they think they are doing us a favor.
