“Agradable estancia”

Communication was smooth; before arrival they helped with transfer from Calama and organized the excursions, which went well. They kept checking in via WhatsApp. The staff were friendly, and even though the room we requested wasn’t ready, they fixed it on arrival. There was no option for early coffee when the excursions started; it would be good to have a kettle or coffee maker available all day. We also didn’t have milk at breakfast. The beds were comfortable, but the mattresses need replacing.

The hotel was great and located well. Very charming, the staff were super friendly with everything we needed. Service was 10/10. The beds and pillows were a bit bad.

The place is pretty neat and well‑maintained, and the neighbourhood is calm. The breakfast could have been more varied and a bit risky, and the rooms are poorly lit.

A charming hostel with a fun, fitting decor. The staff are attentive, very friendly, and there were no issues.
