The Wi‑Fi and location were solid, and the room was clean with a small balcony, but there was no food option inside the hotel.

“Pricing Scam – Forced Online Cancellation and Downgrade room”

Nothing positive. The hotel engaged in severe pricing fraud and forced an offline transaction: I booked three suite rooms at Rs. 1,379.79 each, totaling Rs. 4,346.34, yet the staff claimed Rs. 4,346.34 per room and demanded a fabricated total of Rs. 13,039.02. When my family declined, they exploited our late‑night situation, forced a cancellation, refused the reservation amount, and then made us pay Rs. 1,500 per room directly while downgrading us to the worst rooms. The staff behaved very rudely; please avoid this property because of rate‑cheating, policy violations, and poor service.

The stay was passable, but breakfast was very basic—only free Poha & Tea, with coffee charged separately.

“For that price paid, it's alright. More like a 2 Star than 4.”

The price was the only good thing; the bed was comfortable but the sheets were torn, and the reviews seemed misleading. The location was in a narrow lane with muck outside and no adequate parking. The reception initially tried to charge a 5 % credit‑card fee but eventually waived it, which shouldn’t have been required. The bathroom shower leaked.

“Average”

The rooms had a strong odor, and the toilet flush was not working.
