“Abgelebt und abgewohnt”
The front‑desk lady Ayu was very friendly and extremely attentive, but the name should read Bruch und Bude instead of Grand and Boutique, as shown in the photos.

I was pleased with the hotel's affordable rates and the friendly staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious, and there was ample storage space for our luggage. The breakfast was also satisfactory. However, the hotel's overall condition was a different story. The bathroom was in a terrible state, with broken furniture and a musty smell. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and there was a strong odor of mold in the room.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, mainly due to its convenient location and reasonable price. However, I did notice that not everything was well-maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed, but unfortunately, the hotel's interior didn't quite live up to my expectations. The corridors, elevator, rooms, walls, fixtures, and sink all looked old and unclean, suggesting that the cleaning staff only made the beds. The breakfast options were also very limited, with no milk for coffee and no fruit juice.

I felt at ease knowing that there was always staff at the front desk, and they were all young and courteous. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, which changed daily. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby cafes and shops. However, the room was a bit small, and I could hear the morning call to prayer from a nearby mosque at 5 am.
