The tiny house in the garden has a large room, a bathroom with a big shower, and a separate toilet. Coffee and tea are available in the room’s bathroom, and the whole place is surrounded by a beautiful garden; the terrace can also be used. The breakfast was lovingly arranged. On the first morning we were already out before breakfast time for a parkrun, but we had already received breakfast the evening before, so we could eat a bit earlier. Everything simply pleased us, especially the very affectionate host Linda 🥰. We had nothing to complain about… for the rain, the kind hosts could do nothing.

Very friendly reception by Linda, the hostess. The breakfast was perfectly prepared every day, and everything was very neat and clean. Upon returning home it was again tidy and the beds made. It was also nice to meet her friendly father. Nothing bothered us.

The stay was great, even though it was brief. Breakfast was abundant and varied; the room had everything, including a space to eat and a small fridge for groceries if needed. The landlady was extremely kind and friendly, even spoiling us with drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The quiet location guarantees good rest, and the price was more than fair compared to what we received. We also appreciated the option to dine outdoors in a beautifully maintained flower garden.

Thank you for the wonderful time at your place! We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed your hospitality and the beautiful garden. Sint Pancras and the surroundings are a cyclist’s paradise – two days, over 90 kilometers, dunes, sea, and lovely spots. The breakfast was varied, fresh, balanced, simply delicious! Overall, it was great! We’re taking many great memories home and say: see you again – we’ll be happy to return! Heidi & Martin 🚲🇳🇱 What we didn’t like? Absolutely: the holiday was far too short! As soon as we had settled into the lovely surroundings, the amazing bike rides, and the relaxed atmosphere, we had to head back home. 😉
