The hotel offered beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a modern vibe; breakfast was tasty with many choices, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well organized, and the tourist sightseeing tunnel was right in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return! The only downside was the carpet in the corridors, which made moving luggage difficult and uncomfortable.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the hotel sits in an excellent location with stunning views. However, the rooms need renovation and cleanliness could be better. The staff also lack basic English skills, which caused communication problems and lowered the quality of service we received.

The location is fabulous and the view is awesome, but the gym didn't open until 10, so I missed it, and the coffee shop also opened at 10.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a comfortable setting and a superb location that offers a breathtaking Riverside view, and I didn't encounter any issues.
