The room sleeps two guests and can be configured with an extra bed or up to two cribs; it is fully wheelchair accessible and served by an elevator to the upper floors. A private bathroom contains a shower, toilet, towels and optional extra‑fee linens, while the interior offers heating, a fan, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a tea/coffee maker, a desk, a telephone, a clothes rack, a wardrobe/closet, hypoallergenic bedding and carpeted flooring. I was greeted by friendly staff, stayed in a beautiful room, enjoyed a great breakfast, and loved the unique location, though I wish I could have stayed longer 😁

Everything was excellent: the staff were pleasant, the place was spotless, the breakfasts were very good, the kids’ zone had bouncy castles, swings, a trampoline, a playroom, and animators, the location was great, plus there was a pool, saunas, and a jacuzzi.
Parking was an additional cost.
The Zakopane‑style rooms could use a little refresh, but the pool was fine, the saunas were really good, the kids’ area was very well prepared, and the breakfast offered a huge variety of hearty options 😁
