The place is in a quiet spot and the location is great, but the AC in my room was busted and I couldn't sleep. I tried calling the owner after hours and got no reply. It was 35 °C outside, the coin‑operated washers were dead, and the staff said the staff machines were full. Showers were old, no hand towels, the bed was tiny and uncomfortable, and the fridge needed de‑icing. I’ve asked for a refund and was told the manager would call back, but I still haven’t heard anything.
