Comfy clean room, good location near the train station

Professional, friendly, and very kind behavior from the owner, always attentive to our requests. Everything was fine. Only the proximity to the train brings moderate noise, but that isn’t the fault of the establishment.

The communication was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment itself felt very modern and nicely done, and the aircon worked great. The bathroom was very nice. The building is quite old and sad, but I had no issue and didn’t feel unsafe. The neighborhood feels rundown, and I could definitely hear the train passing, though it stops at night. The pillows were too thick and hard for me to use.

The room was actually quite good and very clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly; otherwise, we didn’t meet anyone else on the first day, except for a lady whose identity we don’t know. We would have liked an information session. The breakfast café was pleasant, very friendly, and clean. Unfortunately, I need a wheelchair, and it didn’t fit in the elevator at all; we had to carry it up twice and ultimately left it in the rental car. Because I’m not a giant, it was hard to even get into bed, no matter how high it was. There is a balcony, but nothing to sit on; the whole room only had one chair, nothing to relax in. After extremely hot days, that would have been nice. Breakfast was very modest—just a drink and a croissant, everything else had to be paid extra. The offered parking garage was relatively expensive, and the worse thing was that it wasn’t always open, and there was no entry after 23:00. There was a microwave, but we couldn’t find any plates or cutlery. I don’t want to be overly negative, but we, as retirees, travel a lot and rarely miss anything.
