“Terrible experience”

We arrived at 5:30 pm and couldn’t find a parking spot. I tried entering the Inn with the text‑sent instructions, but the combination didn’t work. I went next door to the Charlotte Inn, but no one was there. I called both phone numbers and left messages (and also texted) but received no reply. Eventually we gave up and went to a motel. I kept calling until 7:00 pm. At 8:00 pm I got a text that simply said I had been sent the instructions by text, which was useless.

“Great location, absolutely not worth $700 a night.”

The location was fine. There was no front desk, no communication, no advertised breakfast, no coffee, and no staff.

The room was clean and the location was good. The rooms were small; I broke my toe on a tiny bench at the end of the bed—there were less than 2 feet on each side of the bed.
