Nothing. They never answered the phone, there was no one at reception, we arrived and nobody could attend us, the person in charge of administration was absent, the hotel’s conditions have nothing to do with the photos shown in the ads, no services, I didn’t stay there, it’s the worst experience I’ve had in accommodation.
