“This hotel is no longer available on Booking.com and should not be listed. The owner is rude.”

I was told the Urbanview Hotel dream guesthouse had shut down, so the owner forced me to leave because he wasn't taking guests, and I never actually stayed there—he still owes me a refund for the payment.
