The front desk never helped me; they gave me the phone number for the booking site that was supposed to be here because my name never appeared on the screen with my confirmation. Likewise, we never got into the room because I had canceled and booked another hotel.

The sanctuary was nice, but it was loud at night. All the doors from the pool and other rooms were banging, snoring could be heard through the walls and even from the upstairs room, there was no full mirror, and the rooms were outdated.
