I liked the location, the convenience of a supermarket right at the building entrance, and the pool, but the cleaning fell short; the room and linens were clean, yet the bathroom and kitchen needed a thorough clean.

The place was well‑situated, yet the staff were unhelpful, the cleanliness was lacking, they charged for breakfasts that weren’t offered, and the sheets and curtains were broken.

The location was excellent, the view of the Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom was beautiful, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation was spacious and perfectly located for finding food, yet the cleaning left a lot to be desired: the rooftop was covered in bird droppings, dust collected in corners and windows, there was no foot‑mat by the toilet, only a single cup was provided, the towels smelled of detergent, the pillowcase had an odor, and it wasn’t clear whether they ever wash these items—some improvement would be welcome. Also, the packing number was illegible; after a while it faded and needed to be repainted.
