The staff were great and the location was very good. A suggestion would be to provide clearer directions to the hotel parking—specify which street to enter, which ramp to use, etc., because Google navigation points to the wrong entrance.

I really liked staying at Nova Hotel Yerevan. The hotel is very conveniently located, easy to reach the main sights and wander around the city. I especially appreciated the tasty and varied breakfasts, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and professional, which made the stay particularly pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. It’s a bit small, but if you’re traveling alone it’s absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great—right in the city center. There’s a busy road nearby, but surprisingly the room was quiet and I hardly heard any outside noise.
