The King Room – Hearing Accessible includes hearing‑assistive features and an extra‑large double bed plus a crib, sleeping up to three guests. A private bathroom provides a walk‑in shower, a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer, while the room is equipped with air‑conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe and carpeted flooring. Entertainment includes a flat‑screen TV with streaming services.
The main issue was that housekeeping didn’t clean my room daily; when I asked, staff said they only do it every other or every third day, which I found unacceptable for the rate I paid.
