The location is great for those who want to stay outside Madrid and is close to the train station that takes you to the city center in 20/25 minutes. Overall, it’s a good property, but the cleaning was not up to par, dust was everywhere, and the third bed was a sofa bed with a horrible mattress.

The staff were friendly and the bar was good. The room size was nice, the bed comfortable, there was a terrace area, and they offered good snacks and light bites. The air conditioning was an issue at night.

The location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly. On the first night the toilet smelled like sewage—very unpleasant. During the three nights of my stay, hot water in the shower was available only once. The tea variety in the room was also lacking, and sometimes early in the morning, at midnight, or during the night, there was noise from other guests.

I was blown away by how flawless everything was: the staff were charming, the room was spotless and supremely comfortable, it was quite spacious, the bathroom looked newly renovated and excellent, and the commuter station was just a 5‑minute walk away. If I ever return to Tres Cantos, I’ll book this hotel again.
