The staff were super attentive, the room was huge and very comfortable, breakfast was super complete, the beach shuttle was great, contacting them via WhatsApp was quick and easy… everything was a 10, except the bed felt a bit hard for our taste.

The location is fantastic, just outside the bustle. The resort is unbelievably beautiful with trees and plants, and in the morning you hear gibbons in the forest. They were renovating for the high season, but it caused no disturbance, and breakfast was at the neighboring resort.

This is our second year at Phu Petra Resort. They just changed ownership and I can only praise this place. The team is amazing and made our nine days unforgettable. The front desk staff are the best—attentive, professional, human, and very fun. They helped us with everything we asked for, always with a smile. The facilities are great and are being renovated, so they'll be even better. The location is perfect, in a wonderful setting. We’re very grateful to the whole team, especially the front desk girl with whom we formed such a strong bond that we shed a few tears when we left. See you next year 🫶🏻😊
