Everything was flawless – from the service to the food and the location.

I didn't like anything. Breakfast was pricey and I had to pay for it. No housekeeping, fridge bar empty, had to go downstairs to buy anything. The room was cramped and uncomfortable, no room service, and the elevator was broken.

The place is in a great spot, but the room didn't have a smart TV.

The property is new and the room is tidy, close to bakeries and restaurants. But I booked it as a hotel and found out it was a private home; the front desk wasn't prepared. The bathroom exhaust is broken, and it would be great if it worked since there's no window.
