The staff were polite, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the location is calm yet near the town center, restaurants, and ski lifts, with a private parking spot. The hotel needs renovation, especially the bathrooms; the doors are stiff, the fixtures are old, and the Wi‑Fi is unreliable.

The room felt a bit dated, as did the bathroom, but overall it was spacious and clean. For our two‑night stay we were satisfied. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no dinner at the hotel, which we overlooked when booking, but we could walk to two restaurants recommended by the hosts. Breakfast was simple yet had everything needed, and the coffee machine supplied tasty coffee. We didn’t like the hotel’s surroundings as much because we prefer quieter spots, yet the hosts’ friendliness made up for it. The rooms and bathrooms could use a renovation. Fewer packaged foods at breakfast would be more eco‑friendly. A drinks dispenser in the foyer was missing.

The owners were great people and helped with everything we needed. The location was good on the lower part of town with not much noise. The pool was perfect on hot days. Nothing negative.
