The spot was convenient, and the room was pretty spacious. I could use the laundry room, but there was no room service to tidy up during my stay. Hair was everywhere, the carpet smelled, and the kettle that the website promised was missing.

They offered free coffee and a dining area, plus free laundry service. However, each corridor on every floor carried a fishy odor.

The rooms were roomy and bright. The breakfast area and the 24‑hour self‑service access were great.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and skilled with phone translators, so the lack of Korean was no issue. The location wasn’t perfect, but a large number of buses stop about 150 m from the hotel, making it easy to reach the city center, the KTX stations, or the shuttle buses to Busan or Ulsan airports. Walking to places like UpSquare and Lotte takes about 25 minutes. Free water bottles, coffee, and instant ramen were available 24/7. The Wi‑Fi was okay. The bed was comfortable, the desk was large enough for a notebook, and the TV was huge. The heating in the rooms was a bit too high; opening a window helped but might not be ideal environmentally. Breakfast was acceptable for a few days, offering cereals and ramen. The hotel recycles, but the two bins are confusing and each guest seems to interpret them differently.
