They had an elevator. We were split from our other group onto different streets and buildings. The rooms I paid for weren’t what I received: I got a tiny room instead of the quadruple with balcony I booked, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortably hard. When I asked for the Wi‑Fi password I was told to “ask him”—who? We weren’t told beforehand that the two rooms we booked had “toilet issues,” yet they couldn’t explain this before we arrived. He offered a “complimentary snack” from his coffee shop as compensation, which was unacceptable; I want my refund differential.

The spot is convenient next to the station, clean and tidy, and has everything you need. Unfortunately the reception was closed when we arrived, so we couldn’t hand over the keys, but a key was left as described for us to access our room, which was fine.
