Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The resort is excellent and luxurious, but the management clearly cannot keep up with that level of luxury and should follow the nearby resorts. I might go to another resort in the future instead of the addition. The resort management is very bad.

The staff, especially Wa’ad, were great. Nothing to add.

The staff were kind, but the breakfast area was too small and I had to wait 30 min in line. The breakfast location should be bigger.

The reception was friendly and all the staff were cooperative. Nothing else.

The room was nice and the beach is service was good. 1-The staff one of the reception girls when I told her to call a buggy to take me to my room she told me to set and wait even tho she didn’t not call I’ve waited for almost an hour when i asked the other girl she told me there is a buggy always waiting outside to take you to your room ! And that happened twice from the same girl 2- there was nothing to do at night 3- the buggy staff at night where angry and when i told one of them to take me to the pool he refused because he can’t go there!
