Location of the hotel is perfect and the staff is really trying to give everything they got to help you out with any request. We rented bikes and it was great. They gave us towels for the beach and the breakfast was great. Everything about the stay - the room, the staff, the view and other details were great

The location right at the Sea Garden Park entrance is ideal, and the breakfast is a great way to start the day. The rooms are roomy, clean, and even those facing the street aren’t too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, meeting Bulgarian standards. Parking can be a hassle on weekends because the hotel garage is small and fills up, and finding spots in the nearby congestion zone is tough; weekdays are easier within the Blue Zone. The fitness area and sauna are decent but not a full spa, and you can swim in the nearby Olympic pool with mineral water.

Breakfast earned five stars, the location is perfect, and the beach and huge Sea Garden are just across the street. The sauna and gym are available, and we were upgraded to a deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and friendly—big shout‑out to Yavor! There were no negatives; it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in after over 30 years of traveling.

Everything was great: the apartment‑style room, attentive staff, food, and parking. The only downside was the lack of light.
