Everything was excellent: the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, and I would never stay anywhere else when visiting Shumen; the property is close to all shops, bars, restaurants, and other attractions you might want to see, so I highly recommend it.

The hotel is new, right in the center, clean, with helpful staff, a spacious room, and fast internet, yet there’s a bit of outside noise—just remember it’s in the middle of town.
