“Increíblemente relajante.”
I loved the facilities, the calm, the green areas, the spa, the pool, and the service! Nothing I didn't like.
“Comfy Room”
I had a great stay in this room, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was a nice touch.
“Nice Spot, But Some Issues”
The whole place looked really nice, but we did notice that some of the hammocks were broken.

Being a bit away from the city but close enough was perfect for a getaway and a nature connection; it was very peaceful, beautiful, spacious, the staff were super friendly and warm, and the attention was very personal. The restaurant food wasn’t great, but they didn’t charge us and the staff were very concerned, apologized, and the next day they had a chef give us a complimentary breakfast; the staff remained very kind throughout, warm and very attentive to the situation, which I commend.

The place had a good amount of space and the pool was a good size, but our initial room experience was really bad - it was dirty, smelled damp, and had some gross stuff like mold in the mini fridge and leftover clothes in the laundry basket. We did get moved to a different room after complaining, but that first impression was a bummer.
