The room was new, welcoming and clean, with a modern setup and well‑equipped facilities. Every apartment had a small balcony with a table or a cozy lounge area to use. We also got to see the farm animals. The Saturday lunch menu was set, and I found it a bit over the top; we had to ask for fruit and sweets to be brought to the room for a snack later. Personally, I would have preferred a à la carte option.

The place looks great. Unfortunately, when we left it was isolated, and even the bar was closed. The guide had a child who was rightfully looking to play. We couldn’t do the horse tour and didn’t understand why. The bar and restaurants were shut, and 120 euros was all it took to sleep there.

The beer festival is always fun and hosts great musical groups; it’s a reason to return to this agriturismo I’ve known for decades and always find welcoming. It’s perfect for families, spending calm days with animals and good food, many things are made on site. I also thank the managers for sending my forgotten documents home by registered mail. Everyone is very kind, and Pierino is a character!
