The location was perfect—just one stop on the overground from Victoria and a short walk away. Amenities were right on the doorstep, the nearest pub was welcoming with good prices, and we had a delicious pizza at the end of the road. Wandsworth High Street had plenty of shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, clean, modern, and had everything needed (TV, kettle, hairdryer, etc.). The hosts were friendly, helpful, and kind. Nothing to complain about.

“It was passable , location OK for London”

Breakfast wasn’t offered, even though we had booked a bed‑and‑breakfast and understood it would be available.

The location was nice. The room was small and a TV would have been appreciated; the shared bathroom was fine for us, but we didn't like how others left it—wet floor, hair in the bath, and the toilet didn't flush.

The area is quiet and well connected by bus, just a few minutes from the center, and the place feels like a true home. The room itself was a bit cramped, leaving little room to move around.

The staff were very welcoming and the spot is great. The only downside was that the bed was against a wall, so there was no space all the way around.
