The staff were friendly and the location was good. The room was spacious and luxurious, but there were some stains in the shower and the bath had the same stains. The door handle was broken.

The front‑desk and security personnel were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, yet the breakfast service lagged a bit; sometimes the room water wasn’t refilled and I had to request it, which cost me extra.

The hotel’s location is great, close to all the tourist spots, the Summer Village, Beirut markets, the Red and beautiful areas, and the reception staff Omar is top‑class; they upgraded one room so we were near the kids, and the cafeteria staff Tony is incredibly generous, treating us with a smile and courteous service—thanks! The breakfast could use more variety though.
