The spot is amazing with a view of Polhena beach, and the shared kitchen plus roof terrace for dining are great, plus the garden and staff are lovely. The only drawback was the ice cream van outside playing the same jingle from morning until evening and the loud open‑air parties every evening, which made the place noisy.

The location is truly close to the beach, and the quietness is a plus. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the welcome and availability of the staff were excellent. The terrace faces the beach nicely. The kitchen could use a bit of cleaning, especially the fridge.

The spot right by Polhena Beach is fantastic, and the room was roomy. However, the area can be noisy; during the day two ice‑cream trucks parked right outside each blasted a different tune at full volume, and in the evening a dance event next door kept the music loud until about 9 PM.

The beautiful spot next to Polhena Beach made for a great stay. The room was cool and clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were solid. A fully equipped kitchen and a lovely communal space upstairs overlooking the ocean were big pluses. Nothing negative.
