The experience was awful: I had booked and paid, but the room was handed over to someone else, leaving me exhausted after a long day of travel; the host was absent, only a maid was present, and no apology was offered. Anyone booking here should double‑check that the stay is confirmed; it’s the worst.

The room was clean and tidy, the reception staff were bright and smiling, the bed was soft and I slept well, everything else was excellent, but the TV had a blurry screen that was annoying and made my eyes hurt, so I could only listen.
