The location and the pool are great. The wifi doesn’t work, there’s no smart TV, and the shower cabin is super small.

The location is good, very close to Morro do Careca. Mainly the bathroom: the shower enclosure is awful, you can’t put soap in it with the door closed, and if you open it, the whole bathroom gets wet.

The staff were especially helpful, the hotel’s location was convenient and the breakfast offered a good variety. However, my review only applies to suite 501, not the whole property: I booked it for four people—three adults and a six‑year‑old child—but the apartment couldn’t comfortably fit that many. After setting up four beds there was barely any room to move without disturbing someone sleeping, and despite the listing saying “full apartment” with a minibar, sandwich maker and microwave, there was no space for a simple coffee because there was no table with two chairs; you either ate on the bed or didn’t use the kitchen appliances at all. The fridge door wouldn’t open fully because it hit the bed, so only tiny water bottles could be stored. Although I paid for the reservation fifteen days in advance, the unit arrived un‑made, missing some bedding and towels, which were only supplied hours later. The Wi‑Fi was the hotel’s shared network and was very unstable, often not working at all. The ad promised a sea view, but the room was on the ground floor with a single window that looked onto the courtyard, not the sea.

Perfect location. Right in front of Ponta Negra beach, close to Morro do Careca, the craft market, cafés, and restaurants. The flat’s coffee is also very good.
