We loved Mr. Manuel’s friendliness, super helpful, genuine person, the silence and peace the farm offers, the night pool bath, the breakfast at sunrise, and the bed’s comfort. The only less positive thing, which wasn’t a problem for us, was the distance to the city of Râgu (7 km) and the path to the farm that could be improved, but we know it will be. It ends up being fun to pass through the vineyards.

A great spot right in the middle of the vineyards with a stunning view, the breakfast was simple yet very thoughtful, we only spoke with Sofia over the phone but she was very pleasant, meeting Mr. Manuel was a real pleasure—he was attentive, available, helpful, always eager to please and make the guests’ stay enjoyable; we’ll definitely come back with great enthusiasm.

Mr. Manuel and his niece Sofia were very welcoming. Because the location is off‑town, they arranged lifts to and from the Camino de Santiago. We were treated to local wine and a tour around the vineyard. The place is truly beautiful and perfect for an extended stay. The only drawback was that our backpack had no room for the two wine bottles they offered.
