The front desk staff were very kind, but the room had a noticeable smoke odor.

The price and smoking options were acceptable, yet the room needed fresh paint and felt quite outdated.

Absolutely nothing. It was horrible!!. The place was horrible. We have 3 service dogs and we got charge $25 extra for each animal. The walls,floors, bed sheets and comforter has stains and the sides of the them were black. Woke up to a roach on the floor. I will not be going back there. The cleanest place was rhe bathroom and since we had animails the downgraded us to a smoking room

The service was excellent and the room had just been refreshed; after I called the front desk about the broken microwave, they fixed it by 20:00 within five minutes, which was great. The fridge and the session could do with an upgrade, though.
