Very good location, excellent service, they speak Spanish…there’s coffee and a delicious muffin as an extra replacement for breakfast that isn’t included.

“Very Disappointing to Say The Least”

There isn’t much of anything. The hotel guests are secondary to the highly rated Italian Restaurant. No breakfast, just muffins wrapped in Saran Wrap. I have a huge list of things to say about how poor this property is. Stay elsewhere. In the end…I didn’t like most everything about this place. The staff is indifferent, they announce the room number loudly at check‑in, tell you the key‑replacement fee but not that the power is blinking, not to worry. No lobby to speak of; lobby chairs are filthy and stained. Tons of deferred maintenance in this place. I am sending them a list of things that I noticed as a guest. The bar should be a breakfast location…even low‑end hotels do better for breakfast…then a bar at night. It’s unfriendly at best. Pictures online look great…very deceiving. Hire a secret shopper…have them see it how I saw the place. Lots of room for improvement. I should have chosen a hotel that appreciates guests…just stay somewhere else.

The place was in a great spot, the staff were super friendly, and the room was as cute as could be.

The rooms were very different and pretty. Everything else was fine, but they advertised Queen beds and gave us a double instead.
